No, nada, boring, stupid
The locations that serve as the Higman family store and Norma and Nick’s Grill are real-life family-owned businesses. The square also has Christmas lights, just like in the movie. sorry, but where the hell was Christmas???
I think this movie was terrible!!
Hallmark really hyped it up so we could all watch it with anticipation – what a gimmick! I know a lot of people are going to roll their eyes at this review, but hey, that’s just my opinion. I thought the actors did a good job with what they had to work with, but what really shook me up was something that happened very early on, as the main characters were sitting around the fire and at one point they stand up and suddenly hold hands…
The CGI or whatever it’s called was so clearly fake
that doesn’t happen, there was very little build up to create a handshake at that point. The fact that the main character is so confident in the hat is nothing short of absurd, she was ready to throw her potential life partner at the drop of a hat – really? As another reviewer stated, it was truly a bang and a super duper fumble!
Sorry Hallmark, you got lost on that one
I gave the acting a 6, some parts were okay, especially the grandpa, I found him very likable.
